This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 17:00 (CET) will be processed on the next business day.

In case of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Germany, countries within the European Union, and selected international destinations.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Germany: 5–10 business days
European Union: 5–12 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs procedures.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become available.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us without undue delay.

We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
